Job Description: The Executive Recruiter role is sales based and will require a highly motivated candidate who is looking to benefit from an uncapped generous bonus structure.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Developing relationships in the accounting and finance area with small to midsize companies in the local market
• Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing the candidate
• Attending business meetings with candidates and clients
• Sourcing candidates from social media, job boards and our own internal database
• Working closely with your team in order to achieve the best result for the candidate/client
• Placing temporary/permanent candidates into a role
• Meeting and exceeding metrics
• Experience with full-desk recruiting processes

The Successful Applicant will have experience working in the recruitment industry with sales experience . To be successful in the role you will require the following attributes:

• Three + years of related experience
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Focus on clients needs and build strong client relationships
